I’m super happy to be collaborating with Morena Piro and Prof. Dr. Michael Fuhr on a new project for the Fête de la Musique 2027, offering Community Music training to amateur musicians across Germany! The training is completely free of charge, and we have created a program that combines practical Community Music training with reflection and discussion.
Together, we’ll explore:
anti-discrimination and diversity play and singing in Community Music excellence and Community Music practice cultural democracy power and participationThe programme is a chance to experience some of the approaches, values and practices of Community Music for yourself — and to reflect on how they might shape your own musical practice.
It’s a great opportunity to get a taste of Community Music, meet other practitioners, experiment, reflect and learn together — and it’s all free of charge!
